Joovy Twin Roo+ A frame stroller that is minimalist, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in functionality and a large storage bin. It is among the lightest double strollers on the market. It weighs 24lbs with infant car seat attachments, which is a bit lighter for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby V2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 double. The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It is easy to put together and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn't come with an enclosed canopy and you'll need to provide your own sunshades for your children in case they need additional protection from the elements. Through our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It can navigate the majority of types of terrain with ease, however it has trouble going over grassy areas and gravel. It can be difficult to maneuver over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We do not recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does offer excellent suspension to minimize bumps for passengers. While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment, it's difficult to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers, however Joovy offers a separate under-seat baby carrier bag to help address this issue. In contrast to top-scoring strollers the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage features, but we'd prefer a little more versatility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility when it comes to seating arrangement is a major benefit. Parents can put their infant car seats either opposite directions or the same direction, based on their preferences. 5.
