The expression levels of circulating miRNAs (c-miRNAs) are predictors of various diseases. This preliminary study aimed to evaluate the relationship between serum levels of several miRNAs and LS. We enrolled 423 participants in whom we conducted a survey with the 25-question Geriatric Locomotive Function Scale (GLFS-25) and measured the serum levels of 21 c-miRNAs.
