Various risk factors influence obesity differently, and environmental endocrine disruption may increase the occurrence of obesity. However, most of the previous studies have considered only a unitary exposure or a set of similar exposures instead of mixed exposures, which entail complicated interactions. In this study, we investigated comprehensively the similarity of EECs and PECs by defining their transcriptomic landscape and comparing the regulatory programmes controlled by Pax6b, a key player in both EEC and PEC differentiations. In recent years, many genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have reported a large group of genetic variants and susceptible genes associated with asthma-related phenotypes including childhood-onset asthma. However, the regulatory mechanisms of these genetic variants for childhood-onset asthma susceptibility remain largely unknown. In the current investigation, we conducted a two-stage designed Sherlock-based integrative genomics analysis to explore the cis- and/or trans-regulatory effects of genome-wide SNPs on gene expression as well as childhood-onset asthma risk through incorporating a large-scale GWAS data (N = 314,633) and two independent expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) datasets (N = 1890). Furthermore, we applied various bioinformatics analyses, including MAGMA gene-based analysis, pathway enrichment analysis, drug/disease-based enrichment analysis, computer-based permutation analysis, PPI network analysis, gene co-expressio risk, and offer a new insight into the genetic pathogenesis of childhood-onset asthma. We provide strong evidence to highlight 31 candidate genes for childhood-onset asthma risk, and offer a new insight into the genetic pathogenesis of childhood-onset asthma. In order to improve psychological safety in healthcare teams, an in-depth understanding of the complex and nuanced nature of psychological safety is needed. Psychological safety concepts, including voice, silence, learning behaviour, support and familiarity, informed the current study's investigation of psychological safety. This study aims to use a mixed-methods approach to develop an in-depth understanding of psychological safety within healthcare teams and to build on this understanding to inform the development of future interventions to improve it. Survey, observational and interview data are triangulated in order to develop an in- depth understanding of psychological safety within four healthcare teams, working within one case study hospital. The teams taking part included one multidisciplinary and three unidisciplinary teams. Observational and survey data were collected during and immediately following team meetings.
