INTRODUCTION:-The Inventory Analysis Dashboard is a powerful tool designed for small businesses to optimize inventory management & keep track of their stock easily. It shows current stock levels, how fast items are selling, and how well products are performing. This simple tool helps predict future needs, cut costs, and run the business more smoothly.

Existing System :- As of now the existing system is completely manual. The MIS(Management Information System) executives creates the report by downloading the dump from source SAP(System Applications And Products) ECC(Enterprise Central Component) and SAP(System Application Product) APO(Advanced planner And Optimizer)  application in excel and create the charts manually.

Hardware Requirements:
For SQL Server:
i)	CPU: 2 Core CPU
ii)	RAM: 16 GB RAM
iii)	Hard Disk: 500 GB Free Disk Space

For Developers to develop Dashboard:
iv)	CPU: Intel i5 or equivalent and above
v)	RAM: 8 GB RAM or above
vi)	Hard Disk: Minimum 250 GB Free Space out of which 100 GB on C drive.
vii)	Internet Connectivity: At least 10 GBS broadband Internet connectivity on all Computers.

Proposed System: Considering the challenging requirements for getting more insights quickly developing the subject specific data marts and Power BI Analytics and interactive dashboard is proposed.
