1.Tell me about Yourself ? Ans: "I am Rohit Mishra, a full-stack developer with 2.3 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable web applications using the .NET framework. Most recently, I worked as a Software Developer at Accend Systems Pvt Ltd, where I developed dynamic web applications using technologies like C#, ASP.NET Core, React.js, SQL Server, and more. I have experience in both front-end and back-end development, utilizing HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript for the front-end, and ASP.NET Core Web API and SQL Server for the back-end. During my time at Accend Systems, I contributed to projects like Conifer, a healthcare solution, and Athena Promo, an e-commerce platform. I handled tasks such as requirement analysis, design, code development, API integration, and bug fixing. I'm passionate about building efficient solutions, and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Why did you leave your previous company? Ans: "I had a great experience at Accend Systems Pvt Ltd, where I spent over two years growing as a software developer and contributing to exciting projects. I worked on projects that strengthened my skills in full-stack development, particularly with the .NET framework and React.js. However, I feel it’s the right time for me to seek new challenges and opportunities to further expand my skill set, especially in a more dynamic environment where I can take on new responsibilities and work on larger-scale projects. I’m looking for a role that will allow me to continue growing technically and professionally, while also contributing to a company’s success in a meaningful way." 3.Confier Project : Ans: In this project the primary objective was to develop the solutions for hospitals , health solutions , physician groups ,employers and unions that optimize financial performance ,improve business outcomes and elevate the overall healthcare experience the project focused on revenue cycle and value based care solutions ,enhancing patient experiences while ensuring sustainable financial performance. And coming to my roles and responsibilities this is my first project in that company and in this time I was much better in frontend part .so our manager decided to put me in the frontend team .so in this project their 2 modules one is admin panel and another one is user pannel . In admin pannel have all access means he /she will access all feature or all controls of this application .and user pannel have multiple modules like patient module,doctors module, physician module and employers and union module. And we create this project using frontend part react .js and some tools like bootstrap and owl-caraousel,html,css ,js. And clerk is used for authentication and authorization. Team size = 10 (in frontend) 4.Athena promo Ans: It is a web based platform that offers printing services on -demand.it serves businesses and regular user allowing them to customize various products like t -shirt , mugs ,banners other items . the platform integrates several APIs to provide real time such as product availability ,pricing and order status .the backend was developed to manage the service capability for a wide – range of products and ensure smooth api interactions. And coming to my roles and responsibilities in this project my role was junior dot net developer . I was wrote some code in c sharp with dot net framework and we were used asp.net core and in database we were used sql server Team size – 6 (backend)
