Peripheral PNET usually originates in the skeletal system. However, the presence of PNET lesion in prostate is extremely rare. We report a case of a 40-year-old man who presented with dysuria for more than 2 months. Pelvic MRI indicated prostatic malignant tumor, and F-DCFPyL PET/CT showed an isolated prostatic mass with high uptake of F-DCFPyL. Although F-DCFPyL is very specific for prostatic adenocarcinoma, a final diagnosis of peripheral PNET was made by pathology examination.In illicit drug use, "skin popping" refers to the method of administering drugs by injecting it into the subcutaneous tissue. "Skin popping" can lead to acute and chronic skin manifestations caused by the drug itself and/or by the various adulterants and fillers commonly added to drug substances. Chronic skin manifestations include a foreign-body reaction with formation of granulomas at the site of injection. We present the F-FDG PET/CT findings of extensive subcutaneous granulomas in a 58-year-old woman with a heroin addiction undergoing treatment for infective endocarditis of the mitral valve.A 78-year-old woman with chest pain and a history of pacemaker implantation for arrhythmia underwent myocardial perfusion imaging by means of N-NH3 cardiac PET/CT. N-NH3 cardiac PET showed no signs of ischemia or infarction. Incidentally, a nodule with increased N-NH3 activity was observed in the right breast. Histopathologic examination revealed invasive ductal carcinoma.We present a 60-year-old man with known prostate cancer treated with robot-assisted radical prostatectomy. Prostate-specific antigen levels did not decline accordingly, and a second Ga-PSMA PET/CT demonstrated a new focus with high Ga-PSMA uptake in the pancreatic tail.
